Very bad experience

I have lodged complait to exchange my hijab as size was not suitable i have reternd the same product with lcs consignment number also email to the company for the exchange of hijab it has been approximately 2weeks ago but no response from the company although shipment has been received by the company peon . No one attending official mobile no nor replying email i m much disappointed from service.
